Eu cred ca daca impartim piata apartamentelor de vanzare si piata celor ce vor sa cumpere, este evident pentru mine ca 2-3 camere sub 70.000 euro este un pret ce misca inca tranzactii bune. Intre 70.000 si 150.000 totul este cam &quot;inghetat&quot;. Dar nu-i nimic, creste piata ap de inchiriat.</description>
